Family Rides
Sociable rides at a
gentle pace, for families, (children accompanied by a fairly
responsible adult!) or anyone who wishes to join us. You will
need to bring suitable clothing (Wet weather gear etc), spare
inner tubes/repair kit and a pump as required, food and drink
for the duration.
14/11/09 Bridgnorth to Arley Meet at 11, Severn Vale,
Eardington. WV16 5JW 10.30am
A 25 mile linear ride from our house to Arley along quiet
country lanes and tracks which form part of route 45.
If you are coming please give us a ring so we can book a table
for lunch in the pub!
There will be fireworks after for anyone interested.
12/12/09 Wyre Forest Meet at the public car park in
Bewdley. DY12 2EF at 2pm
Approximately 10 miles riding on forest tracks, (there is a
brief section along the pavement, adjacent to a main road, from
the car park to join the old railway.) We will rest for a while
at the visitor’s centre where there is a cafe and playground
before returning to the car. Suitable for off road bikes,
tandems and trailers.
3/1/10 Rutland Water Start Venue to be
confirmed Time 10.30am
A 25 mile circuit following the trail around Rutland Water, with
pub stop and cycle shop!!
