DESCRIPTION:\nWelcome to DCC MJ – Let’s Ride!\n\n\n\nWe’re thrilled t
 o invite you to our very first cycling sportif\, hosted by DCC – and you
 ’re not going to want to miss this one. It’s the perfect way to close 
 out your season with a real challenge and a great atmosphere! Aswell as he
 lping raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.We are also super proud as our fi
 rst cycling sportive to be celebrating the massive contribution to West Mi
 dlands road racing of Mike Jackson\, a stalwart of the local scene in his 
 role as commissaire. We have designed a special route to incorporate Shrop
 shires beautiful rolling countryside as well as passing through key racing
  locations Mike has supported over the years\, and that many of us have bu
 ilt enduring memories from.\n\n\n\nYour ride:\n\n\n\n\n100km for a solid t
 est of your summer fitness\n\n\n\n\nThe route will start and finish at our
  DCC home base – The Hinksford Arms – where there will be a great vibe
  waiting for your return. Whilst parking is available\, we would encourage
  local riders to ride down/ car share to the event.\n\n\n\nSign on opens f
 rom 08.00- Riders will depart from 8.30 till 09.00.\n\n\n\nSupport on the 
 RoadWe’ve got you covered with:\n\n\n\n\nFeed stop at Leighton (30 miles
  in)\n\n\n\nExpect hot &amp\; cold drinks\, fresh cakes\, bananas\, and a 
 sweet spread to keep your legs spinning strong all day.\n\n\n\nRoute will 
 be signed to support your route as well as downloads on the BC website for
  your computer.\n\n\n\nSupport vehicles will also be out on the course\, r
 eady to assist any riders who run into trouble.\n\n\n\n\nPost-Ride RewardO
 nce you roll back into the HQ at the Hinksford\, enjoy a well earned drink
  and cob.\n\n\n\nDCC can’t wait to welcome you on the day – let’s ma
